All this incident happened on Wednesday 29 April when Bhuwan Chandra Joshi along with his 2 friends Lalit Singh (23) and Kailash Singh (25) went to a nearby village to meet a girl, but get caught by her family and villagers.
According to SSP Pankaj Bhatt, The girl was minor and these three men get caught red-handed by villagers harassing her, Thereafter, they were mobbed by the locals.
